Basic Information

Astra high-pressure air compressors are designed to compress atmospheric air for filling pressure cylinders and other technological equipment, with due regard for the health safety of this medium in accordance with the ČSN EN 12021 (DIN 3188) standard.

We supply ASTRA-ATOM compressors with a single filling outlet, a filling hose, a cross valve, and a pressure gauge.

ASTRA 160, V3, V32 are available upon request with one, two, or four outlets, including filling hoses, cross-valves with pressure gauges for connection to pressure cylinders via G5/8 fittings; a G5/8-to-yoke adapter is available upon request.

The electric motor and Honda combustion engine drive units can be easily interchanged through simple installation.

All compressor types are equipped with efficient stainless steel air coolers after each stage.

Filtration system: inter-stage separator and high-pressure filter with a filter cartridge—filled with activated carbon and molecular sieve—which can be easily replaced after saturation or sent to our company for refurbishment.

The outlet pressure can be adjusted from 220 bar to 330 bar (22 MPa to 33 MPa), according to the customer’s preference.
